Faire précuire les courgettes et les légumes, ainsi que les lasagnes. Après avoir fait la sauce blanche, mettre différentes couches, lasagnes, courgettes, sauce blanche saumon et recommencer. Un peu de fromage râpé et finir la cuisson au four.

L'herbe à ours ou Bärlauch en Allemand pousse au printemps. Cela se trouve sauvage dans les jardins par exemple. Cela a le coup d'ail. On peut l'utiliser en salade, ou en faire des soupes.

le romanesco est craquant et juste assaissoné avec du beurre
le poisson est d'abord mis dans un peu de citron, puis je le mets dans la farine.
Cuisson au beurre avec un peu d'huile.
Et surtout au service du beurre frais, du citron pressé, et j'ai salé avec du gros sel = fleur de sel, c'est encore mieux!

cebette pour la couleur et le goût

préparer le canard
faites mariner avec le soja, le miel, les épices, l'ail, le gingembre
mettre au four pendant 30 minutes et puis vérifier la cuisson

un peu de piment
de l'huile d'olive
C'est une entrée que je prépare la veille quand j'ai des invités.

couper l'ail en petit morceaux
ouvrir les crevettes comme sur la photo. Cela permet que le goût se répartisse.
préparer le persil.
 faire cuire l'ail à feu très doux dans l'huile
surtout ne pas bruler!
rajouter le piment (à volonté selon les goûts)

Onfait cuire dans très peu d'eau des têtes d'ail entières. Quand elles sont cuites , je les écrase puis les passe dans un tamis dans l'eau de cuisson.
